Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our service immediately upon purchase, there is a 30-day refund policy,  which begins on the date of purchase. If you diligently follow every step outlined in our programs and still don’t see results, we’ll return 100% of your program fee. This guarantee is valid for the first 30 days. You should have implemented everything outlined in the program in the way it’s recommended and also be able to demonstrate it to us for the policy to hold true. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

The Code Cg Academy comes with personal support for all students in our community – and you would have lifetime access from your date of purchase to actually implement what you learnt.

When you enroll for The Code Cg Academy, it is mutually understood that you signed up at your own will with full understanding that the implementation of the materials to get results will be your sole responsibility. That being said, we will be aiding you with setbacks, as long as they are a part of our curriculum.

It is also to be noted that your subscription may be cancelled with no refunds in case of the following events:

1. Fraudulent activities including but are not limited to: copying our content, sharing login details with other parties except yourself and reselling the course.
2. Verbal Disrespect towards The Code Cg Academy Team Members or Community Members.
3. Any activities deemed as inappropriate by the The Code Cg Academy Team (for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages).
